Delaware is a great state. But we won't stay that way if we keep doing things the
same old way.
Our small size should give us the flexibility to lead the nation -- rather than
lag behind -- when it comes to providing healthcare to children or supporting the
creation of new businesses and more jobs. Bringing about the Delaware we all want
will require a new direction and we need bold democratic solutions to get there,
not small incremental steps.
